CSV Upload with Field Transforms

This configuration tells OAA to load a file called data/sample_users.csv and push it to the Pre-Configured CSV Provider with ID 01994dbd-5551-729b-ab82-8d5714cee692. It is very similar to the csv_push file but it does some pre-push transformations on the fields.
